This year a special project is presented by a big symphonic orchestra and folk ballet with 75 artists on stage to precent a the deferents regions of Mexico with music and dances.

17:30 Independence of Mexico Ceremony

A highlight of this Mexican festival is the Ceremony of the Independence of México lead by Mr Rogelio Granguillhome, the Ambassador of Mexico to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Permanent Representative of Mexico to the European Union. Immediately followed by the National Anthem of Mexico sing by the Mariachi "Viva México" from Brussels, together with CesArte vzw symphony orchestra and choir, windband orchestras: Notenkrakres, Fanfare of Nossegem, Woluweokerst and all Mexicans present.

19:00 Traditional Mariachi & Folk dances

Brussels mariachi band Viva Mexico sings the traditional songs called 'rancheras' and the folk ballet "Xochiquetzal" will present the traditional dances of Mexico.

20:00 DJ La-Tino

To end our party DJ Latino will play Mexican music such as we would hear at every party in Mexico.  Not to be missed!
